Student of the Week:Cori McAllister
I am 17 years old and a grade 12 student here in the Wild Roots Salon. As a child, I always loved playing with makeup and cutting my dolls' hair. When I started high school, I decided to take Cosmo and have taken it throughout high school. I love doing haircuts, blow dries, and colouring hair. Next year, I plan to go to Sheridan College for makeup in Media Arts. I would like to get a part time job at a hair salon to finish my apprenticeship as well. I look forward to getting a job in the cosmetology field in the future. |
Beauty Tip of the Week:CLEAN YOUR MAKEUP TOOLS: Whether you use a razor, a Q-tip, or a powder brush, make sure to clean your
beauty tools. After even a couple uses, they become breeding grounds for bacteria, which can cause breakouts, eczema, and many other skin conditions. Zombie Walk! Click on the link to see the Bateman zombies! |
